The new generation of information technology has promoted the development of manufacturing information, which has caused a industrial revolution in the field of intelligent manufacturing worldwide. The intelligent manufacturing workshop requires faster reaction speed, more accurate and efficient management decisions, etc. Therefore, real-time data collection technology, accurate information feedback, reasonable and effective decision scheme plays a crucial role in production management of intelligent workshop, and provides data and technical support for workshop intelligence.According to the requirement of manufacturing process real-time tracking and management in intelligent manufacturing workshop, aiming to improve the response efficiency of manufacturing unit and equipment, a real-time data acquisition application architecture based on RFID is proposed, and the function modules of the system are designed. Take each station as the information acquisition unit to collect the real-time production data, such as the starting time and finishing time of manufacturing process, tracking the whole manufacturing process and feeding back to the management in time.Based on the original dispatching, combined with the real-time feedback data collected by RFID, after preprocessing and analysis, takes use of the active real-time scheduling genetic algorithm to optimize the subsequent equipment dispatching tasks of the parts of the current process, realize the real-time job shop scheduling. Meanwhile, the system generates the logistics handling task sequence of WIP,and provides the data interface for the AGV transportation scheduling in the intelligent workshop logistics system, and improves the automation of production.The C/S model of data acquisition terminal and B/S model of web production process real-time tracking and management system is developed with Java. And realizes tracking and managing the process from receive tasks from the upper interface, to start production, until the completion of the whole manufacturing. And the historical information of the manufacturing process can be back through the developed system.
