The intelligent manufacturing coordination method based on Internet has been studied in the paper,and the server and management side of the collaborative manufacturing service platform has been developed.At present,there are many problems such as poor communication and low communication efficiency between design requirement and manufacturing services.By studying the new collaborative interaction methods,quick match and responses have been realized between the design requirements and manufacturing.In order to complete the above research and develop the platform,the following researches have been carried out in this paper.First,the existing design resources and manufacturing resource are classified and analyzed.On this basis,the concept of design behavior in the designing process and manufacturing behavior in the manufacturing process are introduced.The concept of collaborative behavior is proposed through the research on the interaction between design requirements and manufacturing services.Based on the above analysis,the roles which involved in the coordinated behavior in the coordination system are cleared,and the collaborative behaviors are classified and explained.The overall framework design of the Internet-based intelligent manufacturing coordination service system has been designed.By analyzing the functional requirements of the collaborative platform,the architecture,network architecture and software architecture of the coordination system are designed.The software development structure is determined to be C/S architecture,and the key technologies needed to realize the collaborative platform implementation are pointed out.Combined with the above research,the Power Designer software is used to design and build a SQL Server database service system that satisfies the platform function.The coordination mechanism of the manufacturing coordination system is analyzed,the data structure of the collaborative object is designed,and the realization of network transmission mode based on the data structure is studied.The coordination mechanism of the manufacturing coordination system is analyzed.According to the different collaborative behaviors in the collaborative platform,the corresponding cooperative behavior function has been developed and the calling rules of the coordination requirements function of each end has been given.Through the encapsulation method of the function library class,the intelligent calling of the collaborative behavior in the platform has been realized.The intelligent matching method is analyzed,and the uniform coding rules of parts are designed to ensure the uniformity and resolvability of the parts information in the transmission process.The demand matching rules based on manufacturing behavior are studied,and two search matching strategy which are direct matching and indirect matching are given.Intelligent matching strategies enable design requirements to intelligently match manufacturing services which meet the requirements.Visual Studio 2010 is selected as the development environment to develop a manufacturing coordination service prototype system for mechanical parts processing based on Internet technology.Various functional modules of server and management,including requirements matching module,database management module,customer information management module,the electronic contract generation module and the platform operation monitoring module,have been developed.These modules have realized efficient intelligent collaboration and real-time operation supervision of the manufacturing collaborative platform.Finally,through the joint debugging method,the rationality and usability of each functional module developed by the server and the supervisor have been verified,which realizes the interaction matching between design requirements and manufacturing services,and the interaction collaboration between operation supervision and platform interaction.
