With the rapid development of market globalization,the competition of logistics industry has become more and more intense.The past logistics business model can no longer meet the demands of modern market.Therefore,how to achieve industry positioning,how to create a new business model,how to seek reasonable location and profit-sharing,as well as the way to achieve sustainable development has become a necessary task for the development of logistics enterprises.CRM as a management idea,business model and application,it helps companies improve their customer judgment,meet customer's personalized needs,as well as achieve the operating model of maintaining old customers and attracting new customers,which has become an important mean of enhancing enterprise competitiveness.Through the introduction of CRM,this paper analyzed the importance of customer relationship management.Based on the requirement analysis of system,combined with the actual condition of logistics enterprises,this paper made the architecture design,functional design,database design,as well as system security policy design and so on.As for research methods,this paper adopted MVC framework mode,combined with popular B/S(browserrver),which made the working interface of users realized through www browser.At the same time,the different technical characteristics between JAVA and JSP were also taken advantage of.Finally,a comprehensive logistics customer relationship management system was designed and implemented based on Windows XP/Windows7 operating system,as well as SQL Server databases.The CRM customer management system of logistics realized the management functions of customer information,customer events,customer planning as well as order information.After tested,the operating results were found stable,fast and convenient.Finally it achieved the goals of reducing sales cycle and sales costs,increasing revenue,as well as improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.Although the system had run on line successfully,it also had some problems during the specific application process.We will continue to carry out and update this system so as to make it more powerful and more widely used.
