Scientific and technical Report is one of the important resources for teaching and scientific research, has a high value of information, especially for the helicopter and other aerospace characteristic discipline. But foreign scientific and technical report resources in the helicopter area are still faced with some problems such as indexing depth, resources description and utilization. The ultimate goal of resource aggregation is to realize the knowledge service, and the depth of the underlying data o rganization is one of the main ways to realize information aggregation. FRBR is short for Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records. Through the implementation of FRBR concept can realize the deep information organization and improve user retrieval experience. Based on the relative concept of FRBR and investigation, this paper discusses the deep aggregation patterns of foreign scientific and technical reports on the helicopter.First of all, this paper studied the theory of FRBR, foreign scientific and technical reports, human intelligence network and knowledge discovery. Secondly, made two investigations on the universities of project 985/211 in Jiangsu province and directly under the ministry of industry and information about foreign scientific and technical report resources distribution range, construction and reveal ways. Questionnaires and interviews on the Nanjing Aeronautics and Astronautics University helicopter-related professional and helicopter Research Institute professionals, got the data of scientific researchers' needs, the distribution of core resources, suggestions and opinions. Next, studied the aggregation patterns and methods of foreign scientific and technical reports in NSTL and NTIS, as the case report databases, which are two typical foreign scientific and technical report databases. Then, cleared the specific factors to be considered in the process of polymerization. Finally, after the matching of the FRBR entity attributes and foreign scientific and technical reports, this paper launched the depth aggregation patterns from three aspects including the full text clues, interpersonal network, and deep content indexing. And instances are given respectively.
