Railway transportation industry is an important industry in China's national economy and the people's livelihood, plays a great role in the national economy in China. In recent years, the high-speed railway industry in China has entered a rapid development period, the main framework of the "four vertical and four horizontal” high-speed railway network has begun to take shape.With the rapid development of China's railway, many high and new technologies are applied to the large-scale construction of the railway, then our country independently developed CTCS-2, CTCS-3 train control system.The large-scale construction of passenger dedicated line not only marks the arrival of the Chinese highspeed railway, but also puts forward new requirements on the technology of the train operation control, communication signal maintenance and monitoring equipment.However, there are some problems in current TCC equipment monitoring system, such as: couldn't monitor?detect and analyze the most important network interaction information during the process of the normal operation of the equipment, the equipment condition monitoring is not comprehensive, data information display is not intuitive.Under this background, this paper takes the optimization design and implementation of the monitoring system of the existing column control center equipment as the goal, firstly introduces the background and significance of the research, analysis the status of the research and development of the domestic and foreign research on the train control system. Secondly, it introduces the function of the CTCS, the TCC and the TCC equipment monitoring system. Thirdly, the main problems and defects in the current TCC equipment monitoring system are analyzed, and optimize the design and implementation of system function, database, data interface and system interface.Through the research of this topic, the author will upgrade the current TCC equipment monitoring system, which can fully monitor the network equipment channel and column control center equipment, rapidly obtain equipment fault information, and has the function of visual graphics display, to help maintenance personnel to quickly locate the fault. The research of this paper in order to make a little contribution to the progress and development of the train operation control system in China.
