With the rapid development of China's market economy, human resource has been growing rapidly as one of the key factors to support the enterprises and institutions, government units forward, human resource management is also more and more complex, therefore, China's personnel department, the traditional manual management mode, work process is complex, the working efficiency is extremely low, and easy to appear wrong, need has been unable to adapt to the fast pace of modern market economy competition. The rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, the office automation can be realized, realize the automation of the work of human resource management by using information technology, has been very mature.This thesis first analyzes the background of the HRM system, expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and analyzes the present situation of the research at home and abroad, and summarizes the main work of the research. Secondly, this thesis introduces the system development technology, analyzes the advantages of J2EE technology, JSP technology, JavaBean technology and its application in the distributed management system, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of C/S architecture, B/S architecture, and the advantages of B/S architecture, analyzes the Web service technology and database technology, for the system design and implementation. Then, this thesis verifies the system design and development is feasible, which can improve the work quality and service level of the mobile group business management, and use the structured process to derive the system's logical function, and can cover the relevant requirements of the enterprise human resource management, from the aspects of data consistency, system reliability, response speed and so on. The system's design principles, design of the system's topology and software and hardware configuration, and focus on the system's database access interface, database access factory, data access module, data access module and core class design, use the structured process diagram technology, the system functions are modeled and analyzed. The system functions are achieved. Finally, we use JSP technology, technology and Java programming language. Finally, we use E-R technology, technology, technology, Eclipse technology.
