German philosopher Heidegger believes that the modern people are living in the "seat" of technology. Today,the development and popularity of mobile Internet and new media technology has brought a new visual experience for human beings. The contemporary cultural field is taking place from the character culture to the visual culture,the cultural turn has a profound impact on the whole social and cultural development. At the same time,the development of visual communication also plays a certain role,promoting the formation of new Picture-reading society.In this paper,the micro channel to the new media and visual communication as the main object of study,focusing on the relationship between the two,and a new era of Picture-reading visual culture communication value reflected. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: C hapter one,it is the introduction. The thesis analyzes the realistic significance of the thesis, introduces the research status of visual communication at home and abroad,as well as the background information of the development and process of the account at all stages,and the related concepts are expounded. C hapter two, based on the discussion of contemporary society, nowadays new Picture-reading era,as the background of topic. The definition of "Micro Pictures-reading era" in the micro communication background of visual communication perspective,and analyzes its characteristics and dissemination value. The propagation characteristics of "Micro Pictures-reading era" including: the application and integration of new media technology bring cross- media visual communication, Information explosion and the spread of the surge caused fragmentation and decentralization,the interactive relationship between the fuzzy reality and the visual communication, vision of customized production and dissemination of visual services to strengthen. Chapter three,according to the case study and analysis,from the perspective of communication to study the sensitivity of "ganguangdu" platform of Southern Metropolis Daily,the sensitivity of the producer,content analysis,audience,communication characteristics and the formation of the reasons for research and analysis,explore the effect of visual communication of the micro channel to new media. C hapter four,to explore visual communication evolution of the "Micro Pictures-reading era",including editorial practice and the change of audience reading pattern. C hapter five,to examine Visual Communication of "Micro Pictures-reading era" and the trend of its development prospects.
