Design And Implementation Of A Centralized Treasury Payment System

Over the last decade, most of the country in batches reform existing financial payment management approach. In the early stages of reform, business processes are simple, management are not standardized, staff on the new business understanding is not deep enough. Therefore, a centralized treasury payment system designed to expand the existing business processes is poor, does not meet the growing needs of existing business.In this paper, in order to be more targeted one of the existing system of payment management approach and mode of operation of existing processes are analyzed and preliminary investigation, the ultimate goal is the existing management system and operation modes adjustment, improvement and optimization. According to the previous work and the design of a new system to better meet various business needs.According to redesign business processes, combined with software development and other information technology to achieve a centralized treasury payment needs for the purpose of electronic, system requirements are analyzed accordingly design a detailed point system architecture and functionality of each module and business processes are introduced. Oracle database system designed to service platform, through the system to achieve JZEE eventually form a direct payment module authorizing the payment module, automated tasks, direct payment and settlement authorizing the payment and settlement accounts module, query-based reconciliation module centralized treasury payment system. Document library implements transmission by the various business units launched between correlation and data.Realization of the system to meet existing treasury payment electronic business development of basic needs, improve the efficiency of disbursement of funds to enhance the level of service the various functional units, ensuring the safety of funds and efficient payments.
