Mass volleyball is a sports activity which takes volleyball as the medium,takes volleyball field as the activity space,aims at meeting the social members' needs of amateur cultural life,promotes the all-round development of people and the construction of social spiritual civilization.The Chinese women's volleyball team won the Rio Olympic title in 2016.The information of Chinese women's volleyball team won the moment to occupy the mass media such as TV,network,mobile phone,newspaper and so on,and showed the charm of volleyball and volleyball culture to the public.But looking back on the development of domestic volleyball is not good,whether it is domestic volleyball league,or mass volleyball audience basis can not be compared with the same as the three big ball of basketball,football.This paper takes Beijing city public volleyball culture communication as the research object,using the methods of literature study,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,sports communication theory as the basis,the basic situation of Beijing city mass volleyball culture dissemination of the audience age,education,income,and other characteristics analysis of the influencing factors of Beijing City,mass media,and the psychological needs of volleyball sports participation,draw the following conclusions:1.The natural environment of Beijing Volleyball culture dissemination is the basis for cultivating the audience.The institutional environment and economic environment provide protection for the audience.The family environment is the motivation for the audience to participate in volleyball.Among them,the natural environment and the family environment are important factors influencing and constraining the continuous development of the mass culture of Beijing Volleyball culture.2.TBeijing Volkswagen audience access to information mainly through television and Internet media,its main features are convenient,efficient,timely and feedback.3.The public audience of volleyball culture in Beijing has a similar proportion of men and women.The ratio of men and women is basically the same,with middle-aged people as the mainstay,higher academic qualifications and stable economic sources.Audience participation in volleyball is high in enthusiasm and participation in sports is broader,but awareness and participation in volleyball are not high.The main psychological motivation of audience participation in volleyball is the most prominent in leisure and entertainment,interpersonal communication and promotion of people's acquisition of knowledge and motor skills.4.The main reasons for the audience differentiation are the living environment,physical quality characteristics of the public audience of Beijing Volleyball culture,and whether the information can meet the needs of the audience.The method of controlling the audience is to understand the needs of the audience,cultivate loyal audiences,focus on the quality of communication and the audience.Feedback on information.Make the audience clear volleyball identity,form a volleyball cultural identity,achieve voluntary volleyball exercise behavior.
