Investigation And Research On The Development Of Volleyball Community In Beiiing University

Student community is an important part of universities,in charge of organizing and conducting activities in universities plays a vital role.College sports club is a platform of university students to organize and participate in sports activities.The construction of sports culture in universities is as important as the sports promotion.With the development of Olympic sports in our country,college students have been paid attention to different kind of sports,this also helped to stimulate the development of university sports club.In order to understand the development of Beijing university volleyball association,the development Suggestions for the development of Beijing university volleyball association,this article selects a multitude of society in the Beijing university volleyball club relatively higher technical level,organization activities more actively in the 13 universities as the research object,respectively from the Beijing university volleyball association organization management situation and the influence factors of influence community members to participate in the activities of community investigation and analysis.This text USES the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,field survey method and other methods,the development of college volleyball club in Beijing to investigation and study,found in the development process of Beijing university volleyball association problems are as follows:(1)to participate in the activities of community members on a regular basis of liquidity is bigger,the gender imbalance;(2)the community content is relatively single,unreasonable arrangements;(3)social activities during the process of the activities needed funds shortage,venues and equipment shortage,the quality is not high.(4)the lack of professional managers in the process of community development and standardization of the management articles of association;(5)corporate managers demand for the development of community members and participate in activities after feedback attention degree is not high.In the influence factors of affecting the community members to participate in community activities in the process of investigation found that volleyball club members contact the length of time for volleyball,community members of liking,community members for volleyball grasp the situation of knowledge,infrastructure used by community members of club activities,community satisfaction with the degree of the content of the activities arrangement,etc all can affect community members to participate in community activities.Therefore,by investigating the above content analysis and research,this paper puts forward the following perfect Beijing college volleyball club development strategy:(1)regularly collect feedback of club activities organization,in a timely manner to understand the development of community members demand promotes the development of society;(2)set up specific rules standardize the development of the society,the implementation of supervision and club manager;(3)the reasonable arrangement of corporate activity time,enriching the content of corporate activities,held different types of volleyball competition,to attract more students to join the club activities;(4)to set up dedicated Zhi Dao Zhan professional guidance to corporate activities;(5)broaden the community funding sources,and community activities are reasonable arrangement and use;(6)the development of volleyball club should keep a close touch with school related management department,as far as possible many strive for the support of the school.
