Text restructure is based on the idea that teachers should totally grasp the teaching content and teaching aims,apply some deletion,adjustment,integration and other means to make the text full of knowledge,full of fun,easy to learn and more practical.With the overall advancement of discourse teaching,many English teachers in primary school began to seek the method of using the text restructure in their class.But most of the current data can be seen from journals and largely from teaching practice.Most teachers have confusions in effective text restructure due to the lack of the theoretical strategies and corresponding teaching experiment for the text restructure.This paper is concerned with two key points.One,what are the main characters of Oxford English textbooks in primary school.The other,how to apply text restructure for English class in primary school.In the study,the author talked about the significance of English text restructure in primary school under the current education background.The study started from an extensive literature on the origin and development of text restructure,its theoretical basis and the implementation principle,then illustrated its practical effect in classroom.The author focused on the current Oxford English textbooks(1-6)in primary school,especially on their principles of knowledge,interest and if it was easy to learn,and found great flexibility and openness in it.Therefore,the teaching process should be based on the students and the integration,adaptation and restructure of the text books,to enhance the repetition rate of the knowledge,resolve difficulty,and improve classroom efficiency.Based on this,this paper worked on the daily teaching practice,and then carried out 18 weeks experimental study in primary school English classroom under the text restructure principle.It made use of questionnaire,interview,experimental comparison and experimental data analysis,and then gave an elaboration on the specific teaching mode of text restructure through a large number of specific classroom cases.After the experiment,the author analyzed the collected questionnaires,students scores and other experimental data via SPSS software.According to the interviews,it is found that text restructure can make classroom efficient.Through the experiment,it can be proved that text restructure can stimulate students' interest in learning English and help them form a good study habit.We can see a text restructure in English classroom is more actively,more enthusiastically and well received.At the same time,text restructure can help students build a good learning strategy,improve their integrated skills of English language.In the experiment,the author took self-exam constantly to find a further improvement and perfection in text restructure for students,and it provided a better reference for the domestic text restructure classroom research and experiment in the classroom..
