The Research On Optimum Aging-house Design Of The Bedroom For Affordable Housing In Changchun

As China's elderly population is increasing,the social aging phenomenon has aroused widespread concern At present,the study of aging in our country is still at the stage of starting and exploring,the pension is mainly in the form of home care.At present,China's affordable housing design specification is more reference to the ordinary residential design standards,that only for the mainstream social groupsand can not fully meet the living needs of the elderly,the housing does not conform the requirements of sustainable development.The current construction of Affordable Housing in Changchun is in the initial stage,and the optimum aging-house design has not been introduced.Bedroom is a residential complex functions and the use of a higher frequency of place,therefore,the aging design of the bedroom is very important for the physical and mental health of the elderly.This paper will introduce the design concept to optimum aging-house design into the design of the Changchun city affordable housing the elderly bedroom,by reading the literature and research,summed up the current situation of China's pension and the living conditions of the elderly in Changchun affordable housing.The paper uses ergonomics,environmental psychology and other related disciplines,combined with the basic principle of Gerontology and Architecture,starting from the behavioral characteristics of the elderly and special needs,through discussing the relationship between the bedroom and other space,the space of the bedroom function and scale,the furniture of the bedroom,the physical environment of the bedroom and barrier-free facilities,to changchun affordable housing to the old bedroom to design optimal aging research,puts forward the optimization design model,applicability and economical efficiency and comfortable living environment for old people,Improve the theoretical system of affordable housing.
