The Study On Elderly-oriented Transformation Of Security Housing Type In Changchun City

As an important people's livelihood policy in China,the security housing policy should be closely combined with the time and the social background.The current aging population crisis has already affected all aspects of the social life,while the change of the population structure undoubtedly exerts non-negligible impact on the living problems.Thus,the security housing policy is also affected under such social background with the aging population.To carry out the elderly-oriented construction is new demand from the public under the new situation.It is quite possible to become an important trend for the future security housing policy.The indoor space is a vital part in the residential building.The house quality is directly linked to the daily life quality of each resident.At present,our domestic security housing system is still in the development and exploration phase.Its design standard is not clear enough,especially lacking focus on the subject feature and actual needs of the groups that are given with security.This paper takes the 1st-period western homeland in Changchun as an example and carries out the research on the elderly-oriented transformation of the security housing.Although the topic is about transformation,the significance of the research is not only limited in the transformation,but also,more importantly involves in exploring the design during the transformation,summarizes the approaches and key points of the elderly-oriented design of the housing types through the transformation of the current types,so as to guide the future transformation and design.Chapter 1 puts forward opinions on the elderly-oriented construction of the security housing under the dual background:development demands of the security housing,and severe aging population.Chapter 2 analyzes the affect of the aging group characteristics on the security housing transformation,to clarify the actual feature and demands of the service subject for the elderly-oriented transformation of the housing types,and make the transformation done based on evidence.Chapter 3 carries out filed research on the 1 st-period western homeland from the current status of the elderly residents and housing type,to find out the contradiction between the demands of the aging residents and the current status of the housing types.Chapter 4 summarizes the key points and strategies of the transformation and design,and implements the transformation under this guidance,and puts forward related suggestions.
