The Correlation Research On Family Development Ability And The Women's Survival Quality Of Uighur Rural Family In Xinjiang

Objective: To study the relationship of status of Uighur rural family development ability and women survival qualitythrough quantitative research of Xinjiang Uighur rural family basic situation,family population quality and living conditions,interest of media,family function,stress events of family life,family endowment situation,public service acception,women(female family principal)survival quality,and qualitative research of current problems of family;to provide the scientific reference basis for promoting Xinjiang rural Uighur family development ability and women survival quality.Methods: We used multistage convenience sampling,made household surveys in 610 Uighur families of 18 village from southern,northern and eastern Xinjiang in July 2015 to October 2015.Including family basic situation,family population quality and living conditions,interest of media,family function,stress events of family life,family endowment situation,public service acception and woman survival quality questionnaire.We used SPSS17.0 statistical software for quantitative data analysis;chi-square test were used for analyzing single factors affecting the Uighur rural family development ability and women survival quality,ranked data were analyzed by rank sum test;ordinal logistic regression were used for analyzing multiple-factor;family development capability indices used the Spearman rank correlation test.Content classification method was used for organizing the qualitative data.Main framework analysis classified data,and used the pareto chart screening key factors,important factors and general factors.Results: 1)Quantitative research results:(1)The proportion of moderate and above Xinjiang Uighur rural family development ability was 85.2%;family development ability sequence was eastern Xinjiang>Northern Xinjiang>Southern Xinjiang.Ordinal logistic regression analysis results showed that the good marriage,family members reported in good health,higher educational level,better family financial situation,better living conditions,no difficulty in lodgings,better family public health services accessibility,focus on a variety of media,living with the elderly,higher public health service utilization were the protective factor of family development ability.(2)Survival quality survey showed 87.89% of Uighur rural woman were in good life quality.Ordinal logistic regression analysis results showed that the good marriage,closer family relationships,family members reported in good health,husband's educational level was higher,better family public health services accessibility,the better family members accept the public health service status;the higher the women survival quality;poorer family financial conditions,worse the women survival quality.(3)There is a weak correlation between Xinjiang Uighur rural family development ability and woman survival quality(R=0.157,P<0.05),the poorer rural families development capacity,then the female family principal survival quality have seen a decline.2)Qualitative research results:(1)The main problems existed in Xinjiang Uighur rural family primary and secondary factors showed finance,medical treatment,housing,employment all were key factors;family endowment was important factor;family relationships,agriculture and graziery,education,transportation were general factors.(2)Related society helping requirements of Xinjiang Uighur rural family primary and secondary factors showed that education,finance,medical treatment were key factors;that employment was important factor;family endowment,transportation,housing,agriculture and graziery were general factors.Conclusion: In Xinjiang,Uighur rural family development ability is above average state,women survival quality is in a good condition,there are various influence factors.By improving rural family population quality,family finance and the utilization of public health service,strengthen the treatment and support of critically ill patients,changing the awareness level of economic development of rural residents,andcorrecting inertia in theirminds and myopia of development,also,increasing their children's education support to improving the capacity of rural household development.Meanwhile,supporting women to achieve economic independence and uplifted their family status,concern about the rural women's physical health and mental health,give guidance with pertinence and provide health education regularly to improve womensurvival quality...
