Nowadays, the status of female has been raised largely in the career worlds. It's important for women to participate in the social development with abroad occupational modes, and it's meaningful for women's development. Because of the limited time and energy, it's very difficult for women to act each role well, and it will bring work-family conflict easily. This will bring negative influence on the health of women's body and mentality.The purpose of this article is to examine the mechanism of professional women's work-family conflict in the Chinese culture. Based on the existing relevant studies, we designed the questionnaire, researched the relationship between professional women's role orientation, work-family conflict and work-life quality.This article used questionnaire, interview study and strict statistic analysis, examined the factor that effect the work-family conflict, the concept and structure of women's role orientation, and the mechanism of work-family conflict. The whole study was formed by five parts.The first part propose the research issues based on literature review of sex-role, work-family conflict and work life quality.The second part defined study goal, theoretical focus and framework.The third part focused on the mechanism of women's work-family conflict. Designed the questionnaire of the professional women's work-family conflict. Analyzed the effective factors.The fourth part explored the relationship between women's role orientation, work-family conflict and work life quality. Designed the questionnaire of the women role orientation. Explored the structure of the women's role orientation. Developed the model of health women.The fifth part summarized the results of this study and integrated the theory model. Furthermore, the practical implications and the directions for future research were also discussed.The conclusions indicated that:(1) Subjective and objective factors effect the professional women's work-family conflict. The mechanisms of them are different.(2) The male and female's perspectives about woman's role orientation are different. Male emphasized woman's family role, while female focused on woman's work role.(3) The model of women's role orientation include four types, includes both-side type, work-orientation type, family-orientation type, confused type. Different types have different work-family conflict and different work life quality.(4) To emphasize women's work role and keep the family role, can reduce professional women's work-family conflict. If we want to increase work-life quality, we should develop the work role and family role evenly.(5) The factor of environment reply in role orientation effect the professional woman's work-family conflict mainly. The factor of belief in role orientation effect the professional woman's work-life quality.(6) The mechanism of work-family conflict and work-life quality are differently. Reduce "family disturb work conflict" and "work family interact effect" can improve work quality. Reduce "work disturb family conflict" can improve life quality.(7) Work-family conflict made a mediated effect between women's work-role orientation and work-life quality. Women's family-role effect the work-life quality indirectly through work-family conflict directly.
