Study On The Etiology Of "ShabKra Disease" In Tibetan Medicine And Its Clinical Efficacy

Tibetan medicine “Sharbs disease” is a disease with limited or generalized skin leukoplakia as the main clinical symptom.Although this disease generally does not have obvious symptoms of conscious discomfort,it has a greater impact on the appearance of the diseased person and thus affects the lives of a large number of patients.There are many negative effects caused by learning work and psychology.During the eight months from July 2016 to February 2017,I conducted a follow-up visit of 20 Tibetan doctors and 30 Tibetan doctors who had experience in diagnosis and treatment of the disease and found that the disease was associated with patients.Psychology has caused obvious negative effects.A large number of patients have different levels of social fears and lack of positive psychology in learning and learning.Some patients even had suicidal psychology;they urgently demanded that medical workers treat the causes and clinical conditions of "Shazatosis".The diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were conducted in more in-depth and multi-faceted research;therefore,through the study of 42 Tibetan medical ancient books such as the “Dept.of Medicine”,I discovered that the theoretical records of the causes of “Shakti’s disease” were “bad blood” and “qusai”.,"Mori","Sickness","Caries","Caries",etc.;In the investigation of 30 doctors from six hospitals,including Qinghai Provincial Tibetan Hospital and Huangnanzhou Tibetan Hospital and Henan County Tibetan Hospital,it was found that 40% of the disease was caused by the disease.26% thought that "Mori" was the cause of the disease,and "bad blood" and "diarrhea" accounted for 19% and 8% respectively.Therefore,combining the results of the theoretical and clinical investigations,it was found that the main cause of "Shazatosis" was "Mori","Qusai","bad blood." Although modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine also have their own unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of Tibetan medicine,"Shakti",the theory of comprehensive parties can explain the pathogenesis of "Shazatosis" as follows: 1.The internal cause of the external causes of the body "Long The circulation of "blood" is not smooth;2.The surge of "bad blood" makes the microscopic pores of the body unreasonable;and the function of destroying the melanocytes of the skin leads to the depigmentation of the skin pigment.By referring to a large number of Tibetan medical ancient books that recorded the treatment of "Shazac disease," the "eight flavor cinnabar coating" was the drug with the highest incidence in ancient books for the treatment of "Shaza disease." The results of a clinical trial of the drug against the 20 patients with "Shazac disease" within one month were as follows: 10% of patients recovered,65% of patients were effective,and 20% were effective but not significant.The proportion of 5%,thus found that Tibetan medicine "eight flavor cinnabar coating agent" on "Shakti disease" significant effect.
