Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vitiligo By The Combination Of Wucaixiaobai Decoction And Blade Thick Skin Grafting

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wujiaomiaobai decoction combined with blade thick skin grafting in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods: In a randomized controlled trial,64 patients with vitiligo with deficiency of liver and kidney in stable phase were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(32 patients with 133 leukoma,total area of leukoma861cm2).After two weeks of blade-thick skin grafting,they were given oral administration of Wubramiao Xiaobai Decoction and applied external baeling tincture.Control group 32 cases(a total of 128 pieces of white spot,the total area of 789 cm2)white spot,give oral wu carefully away consomme combination of outside cha spirit tincture 4 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of three courses Lesion after color after the treatment of patients with documented and comparative effectiveness under the statistical analysis,mainly compare the markedly effective rate of total effective rate,and record adverse reactions.Results:(1)After treatment,the area of skin lesions in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.After statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups had certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of vitiligo.(2)After 4,8and 12 weeks of treatment,the average levels of leuk-spot recoloration rate in the treatment group were 11.98%,38.98% and 66.50%,respectively,while those in the control group were 3.24%,10.55% and 24.47%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The leuk-spot recoloration rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and recovery rate of the treatment group were 34.38% and 6.25%,respectively,and the total effective rate and recovery rate of the control group were 12.50% and 0%,respectively.After 8weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and recovery rate of the treatment group were 68.75% and 31.25%,respectively,and the total effective rate and recovery rate of the control group were 25.00% and 3.13%.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and recovery rate of the treatment group were93.75% and 71.88%,respectively,and the total effective rate and recovery rate of the control group were 50.00% and 21.88%.The clinical efficacy was analyzed statistically,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of vitiligo with deficiency of liver and kidney in stable phase by the combination of Xianghou skin plate transplantation and Wujiaomiaobai decoction has outstanding efficacy,the therapeutic effect is significantly better than the control group,and the safety is high,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
