Objective:To study the relationship between liver function and fibrosis with positive and negative HBeAg chronic hepatitis B patients in the Han and Tibetan populations in Qinghai area.To explore the difference of serum liver function and hepatic fibrosis index in HBeAg negative CHB patients in Han and Tibetan populations. Methods:The data of Han and Tibetan populations with positive and negative HBeAg chronic hepatitis B patients 130 cases in Qinghai were collected from the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and the 4th people’s Hospital of Qinghai Province. There were 64 negative HBeAg chronic hepatitis B patients, including 34Han nationality patients and 30 Tibetan nationality patients. There were 66 positive HBeAg chronic hepatitis B patients, including 32 Han nationality patients and 34Tibetannationalitypatients,thegeneralinformationofeachgroupis comparable.Liver function and four indexes of liver fiber were detected. These include Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate transaminase(AST),Total Bilirubin(TB),Albumin(ALB),Cholinesterase(CHE),Prothrombin Time Activity(PTA),Hepatitis B virus DNA(HBVDNA),Serum ferritin(SF)and Hyaluronidase(HAC),Procollagen III(PC-III),Collagen Type IV(C-IV),Laminin(LN).and statistical analysis of the test results.Results:1.The level of ALT,AST,TB,Lg10~HBVDNABVDNA in the Han negative HBeAg group were lower than the Han positive HBe Ag group,The level of HAC,PC-III were higher than the Han positive HBeAg group, and the difference was statistically significant; The level of ALT,AST,Lg10~HBVDNABVDNA in the Tibetan negative HBeAg group were lower than those of the Tibetan positive HBeAg group, the level of PC-III,HAC levels were higher than the Tibetan positive HBeAg group, the difference was statistically significant.2.The level of HAC in the Tibetan positive HBeAg group was higher than that in the Han positive HBeAg group, and the difference was statistically significant. The levels of HAC、PC-III in the Tibetan negative HBeAg group were higher than that of in the Han negative HBeAg group,and_tdifference was statistically significant.3.There was a positive correlation between ALT,AST,TB and HAC in the Han negative HBeAg group, and a positive correlation between ALT,AST and HAC in the Tibetan negative HBeAg group.4.There were some positive correlations between Lg10~HBVDNABVDNA and PC-III,HAC in the Han and Tibetan negative HBeAg groups.Conclusion:1.The liver function damage of the negative HBeAg Chronic hepatitis B patients and HBVDNA load were lower than that of the positive HBeAg Chronic hepatitis B,but the degree of fibrosis may be more serious than that of the positive HBeAg Chronic hepatitis B patients.2.The negative HBeAg Chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis may be associated with increased HBV DNA levels, but the positive HBeAg Chronic hepatitis B may not have this correlation.3.In the case of similar liver function and HBVDNA load, the degree of hepatic fibrosis in Tibetan Chronic hepatitis B patients may be more serious than that of in Han nationality patients, especially in HBe Ag-negative patients.4.The different indexes of hepatic fibrosis in Han and Tibetan nationalities may be caused by their living habits and gene specificity. The specific reason still needs further experimental verification.
