ObjectiveTo research the change of serum sPD-1 level of hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive Chronic HBV patients who were treated with IFN-afor 48 weeks.Method:Detect the serum sPD-1,HBV-DNA,HBeAg levels of 30 patients in chronic hepatitis B with HBeAg positive before and after treatment with IFN-afor 48 weeks.ResultsThe level of serum sPD-1 of patients who had response to treatment of IFN-aafter 48 weeks was significantly higher the level at baseline (P<0.01).The level of serum sPD-1 of patients who had non-respones after treatment had no change at statistics (P>0.05).After the treatment, The level of serum sPD-1 of patients having response to IFN-awas significantly higher than those who hadn't.The decreade of HBV-DNA level in complete response group had inverse correlation with the increase of serum sPD-1.ConclusionThe level of serum sPD-1 of patients in chronic HBV was significantly lower than healthy people. And The level of serum sPD-1 of patients in chronic hepatitis B with HBeAg positive was the lowest. The increasing of serum sPD-1 may be relative to HBV clearance.HBeAg may influence level of serum sPD-1.During response to antiviral treatment,PD-1 possibly translated to sPD-1.
