Objective:The Cerec system was used to study the exact construction of the occlusal surface of the prosthesis. The morphological similarity of the occlusal surface, between the prosthesis and the mandibular first molars, was analyzed by comparing the cerec system software with different prosthesis generation modes. Thus, based on this, the occlusal surface morphology of the prosthesis is precisely designed to simplify the restoration procedure, reduce the times of clinical occlusal adjustment, and improve clinical treatment efficiency.methods:The first molars of the 10 subjects from May 2017 to December 2017 which were examined at the Department of Prosthodontics of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as study object Impressions of the complete jaws of patients were taken with addition-curing silicone, poured out with type IV gypsum.Preparation of an inlay for the lower right first molar, the Cerec Omnicam system was used to obtain the subject's upper and lower jaw optical impressions and the gypsum model preparation data ? Cerec sw4.4 software was adopted biogenerically reconstruction, the mean virtual articulator, and the personalized virtual articulator modes to design?Use Geomagic qualify to compare the scanned data after restorations generated in different modes with the original natural tooth data for optical virtual registration and 3D comparison, and calculate the average deviation as well as difference distribution between registration data to evaluate the restoration of occlusal restorations Results:1.The overall average deviations of biogenerically reconstructed mode, mean virtual articulator mode, personalized virtual articulator mode and original natural tooth registration respectively were 182.57±6.93?m,198.29±11.80?m,and147.94±30.12?m,Differences within the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference among the mean average virtual articulatory patterns and bioremodeling patterns and personalized virtual articulator(P<0.05).but the comparison of the mean virtual articulator mode and the bioremodeling mode showed that there was no statistically significant difference?By comparison,it was found that the deviation of the prosthesis generated in the personalized virtual articulator mode was the smallest and the shape was closest to the natural tooth.2.The deviations of positive values generated from bioreconstruction, mean articulator, and personalized virtual articulator respectively were 218.1?m,231.9?m,and 173.6?m.The negative deviations respectively were 145?m,167.1?m and 111.3 ?m,Show the time of occlusal adjustment of prosthesis produced by the personalized virtual dental articulation mode was the least, but the occlusal contact was the best.3.Observation: CEREC software generated restorations had a higher occlusal fovea which were compared with natural teeth. The height of the functional tip tended to reduce, profile tended to short and blunt.conclusion: The personalized virtual articulator can best simulate mandibular movement. The shape of the restoration generated in this mode is closest to the natural tooth. However, the technical difficult of virtual articulator makes it hard to break through, differences between the generated restoration and the originaly natural tooth still exist.
