bjective:To investigate the effects of emotional and cognitive dysfunction on quality of life in epileptic patients.Methods:Collect between October 2016 and October 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university and clearly diagnosed with epilepsy epilepsy ZhuanBing clinic 209 patients as the research object,Use the registration record of the object of study for the standardization of name,gender,age,nationality,marital status,history of drinking,smoking history,family history,level of education,occupational distribution,the types of health care,seizures(frequency,duration,type),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMD),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),epilepsy patients quality of life scale-31(QOLIE-31)assessment result.Results: Emotional and cognitive dysfunction is common in epilepsy patients sick,seriously affected the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.Positive control seizures and prevention and control of the emotional and cognitive function in patients with epilepsy is very important to improve the patients quality of life.Conclusion :Epilepsy patients with affective disorder and cognitive dysfunction are more likely than normal people,which tends to increase the lives of patients with epilepsy and reduce the quality of life.Positive control of seizures is important,but active prevention and treatment of epilepsy patients with emotional disorders,cognitive dysfunction also is very important to improve the quality of life.
