Shulu Gushen Treatment Of Early And Mid-term Diabetic Kidney Disease Clinical Evidence

Objective: To observe the changes of clinical manifestations,signs,ACR,24-hour urinary protein,renal function,liver function and hypersensitive C-reactive protein before and after treatment with Shulu Gushen method in early stage and mid-term diabetic kidney disease.To investigate the curative effect of Shuxu Gushen Therapy on qi-yin and blood stasis syndrome in the early and middle stage of diabetic kidney disease.To compare the curative effect between the method and the western medicine basic treatment,to evaluate its effectiveness and provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods :Select the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital,Southwest Medical University from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 early-mid stage diabetic kidney disease qi-yin and blood stasis syndrome patients were included in the standard 64 patients.According to the envelope method,all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There were 32 patients in the experimental group(2 patients did not take drugs on time)and 32 patients in the control group(2 patients did not check on time).Both groups were given basic treatment(diabetes diet,health Mission,proper exercise,blood sugar control,blood pressure,blood lipids,etc.).The experimental group was additionally treated with Shulu Gushen as the principle of the group prescription Shu Qi Shushen Capsules 1.6g tid and musk kidney powder external application of bilateral renal cavities qd,each 20 minutes,a total of 8 weeks of treatment,a visit every 4 weeks.The difference of clinical manifestations,signs,ACR,24-hour urinary protein,liver function,renal function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the two groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were observed.In the adverse reactions.The test using statistical software SPSS20.0 for statistical description and inference,test level α = 0.05,when P <0.05,consider the difference was statistically significant.Results:1、After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptom scores was 80% in the experimental group and 66.7% in the control group,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).There were significant differences between the groups(P <0.05);the individual symptoms of TCM(Tired and weak,five upset hot,numbness,less lazy words,thirst,sweaty)were singnificantly diffreret(P<0.05),The experimental group was was superior to control group.2、In terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate was 83.3% in the experimental group and 70.0% in the control group,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).3、Compared with the control group,ACR,24-hour urinary protein and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the experimental group decreased significantly(P <0.05),and the above indexes also decreased before and after treatment(P <0.05).4、After the treatment,the cholesterol and LDL in the experimental group decreased compared with the control group(P <0.05).Cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in experimental group also decreased compared with those before treatment(P <0.05),while cholesterol in control group was lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),while no change in low density lipoprotein(P> 0.05).5、After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in renal function(serum creatinine and urea nitrogen)(P> 0.05),but serum creatinine and urea nitrogen tended to decrease compared with those before treatment.Experimental group eGFR increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6、After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in liver function,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin(P> 0.05);all patients with blood routine,ECG showed no significant change.Conclusion:1、Shulu Gushen treatment of early and mid-term diabetic kidney disease qi-yin and blood stasis syndrome,can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of patients,especially tired and weak,five upset hot,numbness of the body,less lazy words,thirst,sweaty,susceptible to spontaneous Significant effect.2、Shulu Gushen method can reduce early and mid-term diabetic kidney disease qi-yin and blood stasis ACR and 24-hour urinary protein,improve eGFR,repair of renal injury.3、Shulu Gushen method can reduce early and mid-term diabetic kidney disease qi-yin and blood stasis syndrome hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,improve micro-inflammatory state;lower cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,improve lipid metabolism disorder.4、Shulu Gushen treatment of early and mid-term diabetic kidney disease qi-yin and blood stasis syndrome,yet found adverse reactions,can be clinically applied.
