Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection combined with somatostatin in the treatment of mild to moderate hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis(HLAP)(abdominal pain,abdominal relief time,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time),Biochemical markers(WBC recovery time,AMY recovery time),triglycerides(TG),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor The effect of changes in the concentration of TNF-α was to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Danshen Ligustrazine combined with somatostatin in the treatment of mild to moderate HLAP.In addition,the quality of life changes before and after treatment were observed by quality of life scales,which provided a new idea for quality of life after treatment.Conclusion Compared with basic western medicine plus somatostatin treatment for HLAP,western medicine basic treatment plus Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with somatostatin in the treatment of HLAP can quickly improve the symptoms of abdominal pain,faster to promote WBC,AMY return to normal,shorten the course of the disease,More significantly reduce TG,CRP.The mechanism maybe related to the combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and somatostatin to reduce IL-6 and TNF-α.Method Sixty-four patients diagnosed with mild-to-moderate HLAP were divided into two groups according to random allocation,including 32 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment such as fasting,water exclusion,blood volume and electrolyte supplement,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,close observation of other important organ functions,intravenous infusion(parenteral nutrition),symptomatic treatment such as fever,Analgesic,etc.,if necessary,to give antibiotics to prevent infection.In addition,the somatostatin saline solution for injection was solubilized at a rate of 250 ug/h for 1 day.In the experimental group,Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection was added on the basis of the control group,and 2 were added to 100 ml of 5% glucose injection,40 drops/minute,once daily.Observed the symptoms and signs of patients(abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief time,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time),biochemical indicators(WBC recovery time,AMY recovery time),TG,CRP,IL-10,IL-6,TNF-α The concentration of indicators changes.Result 1.Comparison of observational indexes: The remission time of abdominal pain in the experimental group,the duration of recovery of the anus and the recovery time of bowel sounds were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);2.Comparison of objective indexes: experimental group After one week of treatment,TG and CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,WBC recovery time,and AMY recovery time in the experimental group were all shorter than thosein the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).IL-6 and TNF-α decreased significantly after 1week(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the basic treatment of Western medicine and somatostatin treatment of HLAP,western medicine basic treatment plus Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with somatostatin treatment of HLAP can quickly improve abdominal pain symptoms,promote anal exhaust,bowel sound recovery,faster promotion of WBC,AMY regression to normal values,shorten the course of the disease,more significantly reduce TG,CRP,improve the cure rate,the total effective rate,the mechanism may be combined with Danshen Ligustrazine somatostatin can reduce IL-6,TNF-α related.
