| Objective: The effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with hyaluronic acid gel on the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis and its effect on local skin physiology.Methods: A total of 152 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were selected as the study subjects,divided into two groups: one group(76 cases)and the control group(76 cases).Meanwhile,152 normal persons were selected as normal group.In the control group,76 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were selected to use 0.03% of his commosa ointment,2 times a day,and 1 course of treatment in 4 weeks.In the study group,76 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were selected 0.03% of the patients who were treated with commosa ointment combined with hyaluronic acid gel,2 times a day,and 1 therapeutic effect in 4 weeks.Before treatment,VISIA skin image analyzer was used to collect and compare the local skin physiological indexes of two groups of patients with seborrheic dermatitis and healthy normal people.At the same time,the research group and the control group both facial seborrheic dermatitis patients from 1 week,2 weeks and 4weeks after treatment follow-up,compare the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment in patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis and local skin physiological indicators,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.Results:(1)Compared with seborrheic dermatitis patients and normal skin image analyzer VISIA indicators(violet,red,brown spots,wrinkles,uv discoloration,pores and texture and spot feature count)better(P < 0.05);(2)Two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis treated before VISIA skin image analyzer the indicators(violet,red,brown spots,wrinkles,uv discoloration,pores and texture and spot feature count)has no obvious difference(P > 0.05);Compared with the treatment before treatment,the red zone characteristic counts and spot feature counts in the control group were significantly reduced(P < 0.05)after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Compared with the treatment before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of purple,brown spots,uv spots,pores,veins and wrinkles in the control group after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks(P> 0.05).Compared with the treatment before treatment,there was no significant difference in the purple,red,brown,uv,pore,texture,wrinkle and spot features of the study group in the first week after treatment(P >0.05).2weeks after treatment compared with before treatment,the team of the red area feature count decreased significantly(P < 0.05),compared with before treatment,the team 2 weeks after treatment of violet,brown spot,uv discoloration,pore texture,counting wrinkles and spots characteristic has no obvious difference(P > 0.05);Compared with pre-treatment,the red zone characteristic count and spot feature count decreased significantly(P < 0.05)after 4 weeks of treatment.Compared with the pretreatment,there was no significant difference in the number of purple,brown,uv,pore,texture and wrinkles in 4 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05).Two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment of violet,red,brown spot,uv discoloration,pore texture,counting wrinkles and spots characteristic has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the loss of skin moisture was significantly higher in the study group after 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis in 4 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the water content of the cuticle in the first week after treatment was significantly lower(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05).(5)There was no difference between the two groups of patients with seborrheic dermatitis before treatment(P>0.05);Compared with the treatment before treatment,two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis received lower scores after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis(P>0.05).(6)After treatment of76 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis,58 cases were cured,8 were effective,8 were effective,2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was97.37%(74/76).In the control group,76 cases of facial seborrheic dermatitis were treated,and 54 cases were cured,10 were effective,8 were effective,4were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.74%(72/76).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis after treatment.(7)Of the 76 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis,none of the patients had a stimulus response or anaphylaxis.The control group of 76 cases of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis,3 patients topical medications after 1 d skin burning sensation,and accompanied by itching,not give special treatment,all symptoms disappeared completely in 1 weeks.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of seborrheic dermatitis(P>0.05).(8)After 1 month of follow-up,2 patients in the control group had relapsed and 1 had a recurrence,and the recurrence rate was not statistically significant in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Hyaluronic acid gel is used in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis,which can effectively improve the skin barrier function of the patients and reduce the skin loss and tolerance.(2)In the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis,hyaluronic acid gel has obvious application effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,and is consistent with the application of tacrolimus ointment. |
