Breeze Dryness Method To Treat Facial Dry The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis

Purpose:Tostudytheclinicalefficacyofthetreatmentondry-tapeseborrheicdermatitis treated by theorem of expelling the wind and wetting the dryness.Material and method: The plans to select in the Liaoning University ofTraditionalChinese Medicine，Affiliated Hospital medical Beauty clinics,conformto the inclusion criteria of seborrheic dermatitis,60Patients were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group.treatment group,30patients inthe prescription of oral self,Water frying300ml, two times a day,each timetaking150ml,2%Ketoconazole cream,apply to the affected part,2times a daypainted，treatment for8weeks.Control group of30patients,oral vitamin B620mg,3times per day to2%Ketoconazole cream,apply to the affected part,2timesa day painted,and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets4mg，3times a day for8weeks.8weeks for both groups a course of treatment,according symptom score to assessthe efficacy after two course of treatment.Results：1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%.Which between thesetwo groups.The control group was66.67%.There was significant difference(P＜0.01)2.The total cores of symptoms of the two group have significant difference(P＜0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms of dry-type seborrheic dermatitis can be obviouslyeliminated by the Modified sangju Decoction.2.Theorem of expelling the wind and wetting the dryness（Modified sangjuDecoction） is the effective theorem for the treatment of dry-type seborrheicdermatitis.
