Case Study On Rural Community Health Service Pattern In Less Developed Areas

In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economic construction has achieved tremendous achievements,and the people's material conditions and living standards have all significantly improved.With the advancement of new urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually decreasing.However,there is a growing trend in medical and health care.Owing to economic backwardness and traffic inconvenience,less developed areas face more serious challenges in the construction of rural community health services.On the other hand,the introduction of the “Healthy China 2030 Plan” clearly defined the development strategy of the healthy China.This carry forward new requirements for deepening the reform of medical and health care in China,and also usher new opportunities for the development of rural community health services.Based on the theory of public goods theory and social governance theory,this article selects the A township in Jiangxi Province as a specific research object.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the community health services,this paper combines the needs and utilization of community health services of the local residents.And then analyze the community health service model in A township.According to the results of the survey analysis,under the condition that the radiation capacity of county hospitals is limited and the transportation in rural areas is inconvenient,A township central hospitals put forward the thinking of "become A regional centre of health care",changing the way of medical and health services,strengthening the function of health care,formed a "20 minutes of rural medical circle" for the near rural residents,which is suitable for the local community health service model,also serve as a reference model for rural community health service development in underdeveloped regions.Finally,the idea of improving the rural community health service in underdeveloped regions was put forward,and suggestions were made from the five aspects of financial investment,assessment mechanism,basic medical personnel training,information construction,and the “association of medicine” construction,hoping to promote the construction of rural community health service.
