Clinical Study Of Perforator Propeller Flap For Repairing Soft Tissue Defect Of Foot And Ankle

Objective: To explore the clinical significance of the perforator propeller flap in the application of soft tissue defect of the foot and ankle.Methods:from May 2013 to December 2017,based on the theory of propeller and ankle perforator flap perforator anatomy study,in 65 patients with soft tissue defect of ankle and foot,of which 34 cases of perforator flap to repair the propeller were included in the observation group,31 cases of application of sural neurovascular flap to repair the patients in the control group,by comparison analysis of two by using two kinds of assessment of satisfaction to the curative effect of skin flap and ankle function in patients after surgical operation,effect evaluation.Results:in the observation group and the control group,65 cases of clinical treatment were all successful,and the overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the treatment group.The patients were satisfied with the curative effect of skin flap and the recovery of ankle function was basically satisfactory.After 3-37 months(average 6.7 months),the flap survived completely,the appearance was satisfactory,the ankle joint movement was good,and the clinical effect was good.Conclusion :perforator propeller flap to repair soft tissue defect of ankle injury in the main blood vessels at the same time,postoperative patient satisfaction on flap high curative effect,less damage to the donor site,the repair area is good,is a good method for repairing soft tissue defect of the ankle,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
