Study On The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The protection of intangible cultural heritage has been implemented in China since 2004.In 2006,Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been selected in the"National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative List",incorporated into traditional medicine.As a public law,this institution is formulated to protect and promote our country’s traditional culture.There are many kinds of Chinese medicine projects,but many of them are at risk of being lost.The protection methods of salvaging,inheriting,spreading,and using have made TCM,especially those projects that spread in folks,have possible to restore.However,at present,the knowledge and technology of TCM have not been fully succeeded,the experience and technology of TCM teachers still face the risk of being lost,and the trend of westernization of Chinese medicine is also more serious.The protection of intangible cultural heritage can ease the situation effectively,and is beneficial to active succession.This article takes the literature research as the main method,takes the Chinese medicine as the object,discussing the deficiency of the existing system in traditional Chinese medicine protection by the method of comparative analysis.Through the review of legal documents,the value and the content of intangible cultural heritage are explained.Through comparative analysis,the classification of the list of intangible cultural heritage was discussed,and a new classification was made based on this discussion.At the same time,this article also uses the four protection methods of intangible cultural heritage as clues,discussing the construction of intangible cultural heritage protection system by the classification of TCM intangible cultural heritage in macroscopic,the application of protective measures in microscopic,the improvement of succession model in internal and the formulation of spread measures in external.
