The Study Of Constructing The Evaluation Index System Of Guangodong TCM Intangible Cultural Heritage

ObjectiveBased on practical situation,this study focus on the protection performance of Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage.The evaluation index system of Guangodong TCM intangible cultural heritage will be constructed,which is in order to provide reference with actual significance for the evaluation.Related suggestion for the development of Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage will be put forward based on the evaluation result.MethodsFirstly,combining with theory research of TCM intangible cultural heritage,ultilizing bibliometric analization,reading a large number of documentary files and refering to related policies on TCM intangible cultural heritage protection,this study makes a preliminary extraction of evaluation index system of Guangodng TCM intangible cultural heritage.Secondly,hold expert meeting.The meeting representatives are the experts who work in TCM inhtangible cultural heritage field for years.During the meeting,the experts extend their comments on current situation of TCM inhtangible cultural heritage protection and the affected factors of this issue.The meeting aims to bring out the direction for building evaluation index system.Thirdly,execute the Delphi expert consultation.Making effective items of Guangdong TCM inhtangible cultural heritage into expert consultation table,carry out rounds of expert consultation towards 16 experts in this field and collect their feedback assessment after each round.Combining with AHP method,confirm the evaluation index system at last.ResultsThe current situation of Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage is grasped.The policy system and social support for Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage has been strengthened gradually.The preservation,protection,inheritance and spread developed gradually.However,some problems still occur,like the developing level is inadequate and the law and policy construction is weak.The Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage evaluation index system is constructed.In order to extract effective evaluation items,the constructing process contains expert interview and rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and finally confirm the Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage evaluation index system.ConclusionThe TCM intangible cultural heritage has become more and more noticeable in TCM development process.Currently TCM intangible cultural heritage protection has gained attention from each department,while some problems still exsit,like a solid organization sysytem is not complete,the construction of TCM intangible cultural heritage at basic level is slow and the digital protection of TCM intangible cultural heritage has a big gap to the suitable line.So far there is rare study focusing on TCM intangible cultural heritage protection evaluation.Therefore,a scientific and effective evaluation index system is significant for the protection of Guangdong TCM intangible cultural heritage.
