Along with the acceleration of the modernization process, cultural space and ecological culture environment of plentiful folk traditional culture changed gradually, causing original vitality of those culture type lost and became kinds of intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, globalization prompts our world transform rapidly to be working towards the same way of life and value concept. Many intangible cultural heritage which on behalf of our national culture and unique customs has been forced to face the awkward of vacant succession. Cultural diversity has been under great threat. The conversion from traditional folk culture to intangible cultural heritage and the shift from the intangible cultural heritage to so-called intangible cultural heritage in danger have taken place in succession. Given this, we have to think about exactly which factors lead intangible cultural heritage to be endangered, and how to let them regain vitality.Traditional medicine carry thousands of years of Chinese history and gather the excellent practice of all peoples, which is the foundation of Chinese nation traditional culture. As an organic part of Chinese traditional intangible culture heritage system, traditional medicine own rich cultural forms and high scientific and cultural value. However, since the new century, traditional medical concept and technology have few successors, many precious folk diagnosis and treatment methods has bordered on the extinction, in a word, some traditional medicine sectors of intangible cultural heritage are in trouble. With three classical theories of stakeholders, resource dependence and cultural change, and two analytical methods of STEEP and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, influence factors of endangered degree of traditional medicine sector of intangible cultural heritage can be recognized. These factors can be summarized and analyzed through questionnaire and data analysis.This Study shows that many factors such as inheritance and education, industry development, the institutional environment, culture shock etc., exert significant effect on development of intangible traditional medicine cultural heritage. Consider those influencing factors and put forward corresponding revitalization process with a specific case of She Medicine,which is on the list of the Second Batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage. It is of vital practical significance for endangered traditional medicine sector of intangible cultural heritage to get rid of being endangered and return people’s daily life.
