Investigation On The Status And Influential Factors Of Resilience Of The Nurse In Operation Room In Yantai City

Objectives:To investigate the resilience of the nurse in operation room in YanTai City,and to explore the influential factors,It is helpful to find appropriate ways to help the operation room nurses to improve the level of resilience,to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for preventing and intervening psychological problems of nurses in operation room.Materials and methods:Data of 196 subjects sampled from Two grade and three grade hospitals in YanTai City were collected by the self-designed demographic information sheet,Chinese version CD-RISC scale,Social support rating scale,Coping style questionnaire and Professional identity scale.Statistic methods such as descriptive statistics,independent samples T test,ANOVA,Kruskal-Wallis H analysis,Spearman bivariate correlations,and regression analysis,were performed by SPSS 24·0(Statistical Package for Social Science 24.0).The value of a was set at 0.05,P was double probability ratio.Main results:(1)The mean score of the resilience was 60.39±6.02,The factors of tenacity,self-reliance and optimism were 28.21 ±6.22,18.96±2.57,and 11.39±2.70.(2)Of the demographic datas,Gender,age,marriage,working years,professional title,educational background of nurses in the operation room has a significant impact on the resilience(P<0.01),The scores of social support,positive coping style and professional identity were positively correlated with resilience(P<0.05),The correlation coefficients of Spearman were 0.135,0.176,and 0.910 Gender,age,professional title,social support,coping style and professional identity were included in multiple linear regression equation(P<0.01).Conclusions and Recommendations:(1)According to the national norm,the general resilience level of nurses in operation room in Yantai is low.It is suggested that the mental health of nurses in operation room should be paid more attention to improve the mental resilience of nurses in operation room so as to improve the quality and level of nursing service.(2)The influencing factors of nurses' resilience in operation room in Yantai were gender,age,education,working years,professional title,coping style,social support and professional identity.Including gender,age,title,coping style,social support and occupation identity is significant influencing factors of the resilience,coping style,social support and occupation identity is the protective factors of resilience.(3)Help operation room nurses make rational use of social support,establish good interpersonal relationship,cultivate professional identity of nurses in operation room,meet the needs of their career development,and improve their mental resilience.Intervening the protective factors of psychological resilience of nurses in operation room to improve their positive coping ability.
