Study Of Liver Transplantation Perioperative Nursing Quality Sensitive Indicator With Evidence-based Medicine

Objective:To build a scientific,pratical and sensitive index for liver transplantation perioperative nursing quality according with our national conditions,and to provide reference for liver transplantation perioperative nursing evaluation and monitoring.Methods:Based on the rigorous retrieval strategy,we assessed grade and quality of the literatures with John Hopki's evaluation system and summarized liver transplantation perioperative nursing sensitivity index,including name,connotation,calculation formula and data collection methods.Using Dephli method according to the 5 Likert scal method,the initial formation of the importance of index entries,the rationality of the calculation formula and the operability of data collection methods were evaluated.27 domestic liver transplantation experts were consulted to establish a sensitive nursing quality indicators with calculation formulas and data collection methods suitable for China's national condition.The enthusiasm coefficient of experts,the authority coefficient of experts,the coefficients of variation and the harmonization coefficient were used to examine the reliability and representation of expert consultation.Results:19 liver transplantation perioperative nursing quality sensitivity indexes were established,including the correct use of immunosuppressive agents?the qualified rate of transplanted liver function monitoring method?nutritional risk screening ration?incidence of low body temperature,etc.For the two rounds of questionnaire,the valid rate is 88.89%and 91.67%(>60%),the authority score is 0.88 and 0.89(?0.70),coefficient of variation of the importance of index is 0.06-0.28,coefficients of variation of rationality of calculation is 0.04-0.24.For the operability of document collection,all the coefficient of variation of index is less than 0.30,except that psychological assessment rate is 0.30.Conclusions:19 liver transplantation perioperative nursing quality sensitivity indexes suitable for our national conditions were established.The expert consultations had good reliability and representation.
