Researching Of Designing Service Mode Of Health Management Operation In Community

With the development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of people's health consciousness,people's demands for health are increasingly strong.In 2013,the State Council issued several opinions on promoting the Development of Health Services,and in particular proposed to vigorously develop health services."Healthy China 2030" planning outline proposes to achieve health management of the whole population life cycle.Health management and health services have become the hot topic that the people are concerned.The purpose of the study: The purpose of this project is to design an Intelligent Community Health Management Service Model,and this model can be operated in the community.The model can be in line with the policy of our country.This mode can enriches the forms of health services to help the health service to develop the market,help the real estate to transform and provide the community residents with life care.Study methods:(1)Document literature method: through literature review,the feasibility and present situation of health management in community were studied.(2)Investigation method: field interview method: through the field interview on the well-known health endowment real estate and professional health management center,establish the community health management model material bank,and study the connection form of each service module;Questionnaire survey method: the cognition and understanding of health management service,daily health behavior habit and health service demand were investigated by questionnaire.Through pre-test and reliability test of the questionnaire,the coefficient of Cronbach a is 0.87,which indicates that the questionnaire has a good internal consistency.The questionnaire is tested by 8 professional experts with deputy senior above on the structure,content and difficulty validity,and the expert finds that the questionnaire is reasonable.A total of 205 valid questionnaires are collected online and offline.Expert interview: after the design of the operating mode of community health management is finished,the author submits the model to the industry experts for review.Demonstrate its feasibility,collect opinions and suggestions.(3)Logical analysis method: based on documents,questionnaire results,experts' interviews and field investigation reports,logical analysis method is used to integrate the information,designing the health management and community application model.Study Results: The author has designed a set of model is named “1 + 3” Intelligent Health Management Service System.Meanwhile,the author also designed the relationship between owners,real estate,health management agencies,community health service centers,as well as the operation process.Study Conclusion: This model is named “1 + 3” Intelligent Health Management Service System,and it is considered by experts that this model is feasible,and it is more suitable for the middle and high-end communities of the city,and can be implemented according to the actual situation.The service forms,contents and the facilities etc.can be appropriately adjusted or reorganized.
