The Research And Design Of Community Health Service Network Platform

Because of the growing number of the elderly and patients of chronic diseases, andcommunity residents’ higher demand for health quality, our country’s community healthservice is facing the huge challenge. Considering the actuality of community health service inChina, this paper discusses the mode and framework of community health service in ourcountry and put forwards a design of community health service network platform based on thelatest database technology and net communicate technology.The system builds a three-level architecture network platform of communityfamily-community hospital-central hospital. Community hospital is the center of this networkplatform. The front end of this system based on sensors and wireless communicationtechnologies completes the functions of gathering and sending physiological parameters.Information management of this platform includes information management of communityresidents, community information management, remote consulting consultation managementand system information management. Different models have different functions. Communityinformation management includes basic information management of residents, medicalrecords information management of residents, special information management and otherfunctions; Community information management includes information management ofhealth care workers, community public information management, online learning andappointment registration; remote consulting consultation management other related functions;system management includes the roles and rights management, system version managementand maintenance and upgrade information management. This system possesses features ofwide application scope, easy using, good scalability, credibility of operation and convenienceof management.This system uses.Net development framework and choose the hybrid architecture of B/Sand P2P models. The structure of B/S model uses the ASP.NET techno logy to realize thefunctions of information query and management, health assessment, non real-timeconsultation and so on. Users can achieve various services through a simple browser. Theservice model based on P2P model which mainly adopts PNRP protocol and UDP protocol realizes the function of remote real-time consultation. This model can reduce the burden ofthe servers and improve the rate of access and download.This system uses SQL Server2005as the data storage management system andcompletes the design of this platform’s database following the principle of database design.With the ADO.NET technology, it realizes the various operations on database. And the featureof no connection offline data improves the speed of data operation in this syste m.Through testing of this system, it shows that the community health service networkplatform can work normally under the network and equipment in the laboratory. This platformimproves the quality level of community health service, and it will play an important role inreforming and perfection of community health service system.
