| Objective:The main purpose of this research is:the level of molecular biology,the use of related technologies in immunology,through the determination modelof acute bronchitis of mice lung tissue PKC,TGF-β,on Xiao’er Qingfei Zhike Oral Liquidson the effects of PKC and TGF-β expression in lung tissue of mice model of acute bronchitis in children,and then clarify the mechanism of Xiao’er Qingfei Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of acute bronchitis,search method to explore ascientific and feasible mechanism between the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern science and various immune parameters of contact.Methods:The 80 male and female SPF,Kunming mice(KM)is been chosen,randomly divided into two groups:16 normal groupand 64 experimental group,the experimental group of mice by fumigation,namely by tobacco,smoke particle stimulation,to establisha mouse model of acute bronchitis for one week.After that,Randomly sampled 4 only to judge whether the model was successful.then dividing the 60 mice randomly into 5 groups again:model group,respectively: blank model group;Qingre oral liquid group;Qingfei Oral Liquid of high,medium and low dose group,there were 12 rats in each group,Normal group and model group were given normal saline,and the other groups were given corresponding drugs.After 7 days later,all mice were sacrificed and the lungs were removed.The PKC and TGF-β were detected by immunohistochemical method.According to the expression level of PKC and TGF-β to judge the curative effect of Qingre Zhike oral liquid.Results:the result of PKCand TGF-β:Comparing with the normal mice,the content of PKCand TGF-β in model and Qingre oral liquid and Qingfei oral liquid were higher(P<0.05);2 The expression of PKCand TGF-β in Qingfei oral liquid group and heat clearing oral liquid group were lower than those in model group(P<0.05);3 The content of Qingfei oral liquid in each dose group were lower than PKCand TGF-β Qingre Oral Liquid group(P<0.05);4 there was no difference in the expression of each dose group compared to the lung tissue PKCand TGF-β(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Qingfei oral liquid can reduce the expression of PKC and TGF-β to suppress the inflammation of acute bronchitis,those finding suggests that PKC and TGF-β participate in the development of acute bronchitis,and play an important role in the pathophysiology of acute bronchitis,blocking its signal transduction or inhabiting biological activity may become a new therapy for acute bronchitis.2 Qingre oral liquid and Qingfei oral liquid can reduce the activity of PKC and TGF-β in the lung tissue,but Qingfei oral liquid is more effective. |
