The Partner Selection And Coordinative Mechanism Research Within Medical-nursing Combined Care For Olds

The combination of medical care and pension service is a new mode to solve the global aging problem.Compared with the traditional pension mode,medical-nursing combined care for olds provides professional medical and rehabilitation services for the elderly based on traditional pension services,including medical care,rehabilitation care,health examination,diagnosis and treatment of diseases,hospice care professional medical care services and so on.At present,some areas in China have begun to implement this mode.Considering the characteristics of different regions,some scholars have developed the patterns in accordance with regional development.To realize this mode,it is significant to study how to choose the right nursing home and explore the synergy mechanism between the hospital and the nursing home.In this paper,we study the nursing home and the public hospital under the new mode,summarize the problems between the two objects during their cooperation,and build related evaluation and game model through the questionnaire survey analysis and empirical to build a more stable medical alliance.Firstly,we give the definition of the medical-nursing combined care for olds,we describe the connotation definition,service objects and supply objects.Service mode is classified according to the cooperation relationship between the two service objects,and the risk when promoting this service mode is analyzed.Then,an evaluation system is constructed to help hospital choose cooperative partner through questionnaire survey and expert evaluation method.We use triangular fuzzy AHP to analyze the weight of evaluation system and the importance of each index in choosing cooperative nursing home.Finally,we build a basic cooperative game model between the hospital and the nursing home,and a more complex cooperative game model considering the market risk.In the game model,some factors,such as government incentive coefficient,the investment ratio of hospital and the nursing home,and the risk possibility,which would influence the cooperation has been studied.The game model structure is verified by case study.This research plays an important role in constructing a stable alliance for medical care,improving the quality of medical-nursing combined care for olds,and solving the pension problems in China at present stage.
