The Construction And Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of Ideological And Political Theory Education In Nursing Undergraduate Course

Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course,and according to the evaluation index system to compile the questionnaire,through practical application verify the rationality and operability of the evaluation index system,and understand the ideological and political theory education of pediatric nursing for undergraduate nursing course,provide new ideas for further ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course.,it is expected to provide a reference basis for the evaluation of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course.Methods:1.Construction of the evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course.Based on literature analysis and theoretical research,the framework of the evaluation index of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course is formulated,and the Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert letter inquiries to 20 experts across the country,analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels,and finally the evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course was formed.2.Application of the evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course.According to the evaluation index system ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course to compile the "The ideological and political theory education questionnaire for nursing undergraduate course（Student Version）" and "ideological and political theory education evaluation form for nursing undergraduate course（Expert/Peer Version）",The convenience sampling method was used to select the 2019 undergraduate nursing students of Bengbu Medical College and their counterparts in the field of nursing education for investigation and analyze application results..Results:1.On the basis of literature analysis and theoretical research,the evaluation index framework of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course is preliminarily drawn up,which contains 5 first-level indexes,14 second-level indexes and 44 third-level indexes.2.After 2 rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation,good centralized opinions were formed,and the positive coefficients of experts were 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.858.The coordination coefficients of the first,second and third level expert opinions were 0.327,0.304 and 0.311,respectively.The average values of each index ranged from 4.00 to 5.00.The coefficient of variation ranged from 0.000 to 0.163,and the scores all met the requirements.3.Ahp was used to determine the weights of indexes at all levels,and the consistency test was passed.The evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course was constructed,which included 5 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 45 third-level indexes.4.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of "The ideological and political theory education questionnaire for nursing undergraduate course（Student Version）" was0.938,and the KMO value was 0.942.The results of the current situation survey showed that students’ opinions on the current situation of political theory education of pediatric nursing for undergraduate nursing course were relatively unified（standard deviation<1）,and the attitude to the ideological and political theory education of pediatric nursing for undergraduate nursing course was between relatively satisfied and very satisfied（average value was 4～5）;The average score of the political theory education of pediatric nursing for undergraduate nursing course by three peer teachers is 84.67,and the overall evaluation is high.Conclusion:1.The constructed evaluation index system of ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course has a high mean value of importance score of each index,reliable and scientific,and the index weight is set reasonably.2.Based on the evaluation index system ideological and political theory education in nursing undergraduate course,the application results of "The ideological and political theory education questionnaire for nursing undergraduate course（Student Version）" and " The ideological and political theory education evaluation form for nursing undergraduate course（Expert/Peer Version）" has certain rationality and operability in practice.
