Purpose: This study was to observe the drug therapy combined with external counterpulsation treatment group compared with the drug therapy group, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram(ecg)in patients with unstable angina, quality of life scale(Seattle),noninvasive blood vessels around the detection(brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV),ankle arm index(ABI)),the influence of the indices such as angina pectoris risk stratification,to prove the curative effect and security of the external counterpulsation.Method:Select eligible,a total of 72 patients with unstable angina, randomly divided into 2 groups(control group, treatment group),2 groups of patients were given Chinese and western medicine routine treatment, the treatment group were treated with external counterpulsation.36 days after treatment, before and after treatment as evaluation point, observed in patients with angina pectoris, electrocardiogram(ecg),quality of life scale(Seattle),noninvasive blood vessels around the detection(brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV),ankle arm index(ABI)),angina pectoris risk stratification and other indicators, the external counterpulsation treatment to evaluate the curative effect of patients with unstable angina.Result:Syndrome curative effect of total effective rate,92.00% in treatment group and control group total effectiveness 72%,comparing the two groups was very significant difference(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with angina symptoms improved after treatment;Control group electrocardiogram(ecg)has no obvious change, and the treatment group is significantly increased(P <0.05);Compared with the baseline before treatment, two groups of quality of life, noninvasive blood vessels around the detection, angina pectoris risk stratification level also have improved, but the degree of the improvement of the treatment group, significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion : External counterpulsation curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina.
