Effect Of Refinement And Path Of Combining The Nursing Mode On Uncertainty In Illness And Anxiety And Depression State In The Patients With COPD Disease

Objectives:Taking a 3 grade hospital patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)as the research object,the investigation of the patient’s uncertainty in illness,anxiety and depression,and explore a path with a fine type of combining the nursing mode of patients with COPD disease uncertainty,anxiety,depression,these patients for clinical nurses provide basis for health education,at the same time improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods:A sample of 140 COPD patients were recruited from the department of Respiratory during February to November 2016.Randomly divided into control group and experimental group 70 cases,control group given conventional nursing,the experimental group give refinement and path type the nursing mode of combining the general information,uncertainty in illness scale,anxiety scale,depression scale data of two groups of patients in general,two time points(the admission day,the day of their discharge)investigate the disease uncertainty and anxiety depression.For not understand survey information or patients with lower cultural level after investigators explain and ask help to fill in.Results:1.the results show that the age of 37 cases under the age of 45 patients(26.4%),age in 45 patients over the age of 103 cases(73.6%),visible age high prevalence is higher.2.two groups of patients admitted to hospital on the day of the disease uncertainty,anxiety and depression are at a higher level,but is no statistical difference between two groups of patients(P>0.05),showed that patients with COPD break out repeatedly for a long time,leading to disease uncertainty,degree of anxiety,depression,the heavier.3.two groups of patients in the hospital on the same day,patients disease uncertainty levels(77.84± 12.92)than the control group(89.80 ± 10.79)significantly decreased(P<0.05),suggesting that the refinement and path type with the combination of nursing has important significance,can effectively reduce the patient’s disease uncertainty.4.patients in the hospital on the day of the patient’s level of anxiety,depression,respectively(46.38 ± 8.23)、(48.54±11.97),compared with the control group patients discharged from hospital on the day of anxiety depression levels decreased(P<0.05).Show that fine combined with path type of nursing mode,can greatly reduce the levels of anxiety in the patients with depression.Conclusion:1.COPD patients in a higher sense of uncertainty in illness,anxiety and depression levels.2.two groups of patients discharged from hospital disease uncertainty,when the level of anxiety and depression than on admission,decline is not obvious,but the control group suggests that although conventional nursing care can reduce the patient’s disease uncertainty,anxiety and depression levels,but the result was not significant.3.through detailed among patients with COPD combined with path type of nursing mode,targeted disease guidance according to patients condition,patients in the hospital on the day of the disease uncertainty,a significant reduction in the level of anxiety and depression.Shows that fine combined with path type of nursing mode can effectively reduce the patient’s disease uncertainty and the level of anxiety and depression.
