Based On The Theory Of "Constitution Theory" About The Study On The Improvement Of Physical Nursing Intervention For Patients With Wet Gout

Objective:This study was to observe improved phlegm wet gout patients constitution of nursing interventions for the treatment of gout and prognosis,and for the treatment of gout,explore the new treatment strategies.Methods:Choose 92 cases of phlegm wet constitution of gout patients,according to the random sample method is divided into control group and experimental group,two groups of gout patients were performed routine nursing intervention.Routine nursing intervention including:medication guidance,diet guidance,disease knowledge education and exercise guidance?walking,jogging?,etc.47 cases of patients,on the basis of conventional nursing intervention to improve patient's health care interventions.Improve the physique of the comprehensive nursing measures including acupuncture point massage,been used to improve the physique of dietary guidance,environment guidance,eight,brocade,etc.After nursing intervention,in 10 days,30 days,60 days to measure the blood uric acid value and fill the gout signs and symptoms?joint?scale and gout recurrence rate form,compared two groups of gout patients blood uric acid value,the symptoms and signs?joints?,gout recurrence rate.Results:After the data is collected by X² test and t test statistical methods for data analysis,according to clinical data,from the blood uric acid value,gout recurrence?joints?,gout,clinical symptoms and signs three aspects are compared,and the corresponding clinical observations are as follows:1.Blood uric acid value comparison analysis:Gout,10 days after intervention.30 days,60 days is found in the group and experimental group and the control group,after the intervention than before the intervention also had an improved,with statistical significance?P<0.05?.The experimental group and control group for comparison between groups,10 days after intervention,the experimental group and control group in blood uric acid value is no statistical significance?P>0.05?.Intervention for 30 days,60 days after the experimental group improved significantly than control group in blood uric acid values,have statistical significance?P<0.05?.2.Gout?joint?a comparative analysis of clinical symptoms and signs:the experimental group and control group in patients with clinical symptoms and signs improved significantly,compared with before,was statistically significant?P<0.05?,among which comparison between experimental group and control group,experimental group symptoms improved significantly than control group,with statistical significance?P<0.05?.3.Gout recurrence rate comparison analysis:10 days,after intervention group gout recurrence rate 2%,control group recurrence rate was 2%,no statistical significance?P>0.05?;30 days after intervention group gout recurrence rate 2%,control group gout recurrence rate was 7%,no statistical significance?P>0.05?;Intervention in 60 days group gout recurrence rate 6%,control group recurrence rate was 22%,the experimental group gout recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance?P<0.05?.Conclusion:The phlegm wet gout patients acupuncture point massage,diet guidance,environment instruction and the practice of eight brocade nursing intervention can improve patients with gout phlegm wet body to the treatment and prognosis of gout has good clinical effect,worth clinical promotion.
