| Objective: The theoretical framework of this study is the health belief model. The study has a traditional Chinese medicine physical intervention on patients who have phlegm dampness hypertension and compare the effect with general physical intervention effect. Through the analysis of data difference between two interventions in blood pressure level, phlegm dampness constitution score, BMI, hypertension compliance and hypertension control rate of patients, this study explored a more comprehensive and effective physical intervention model suitable for phlegm and dampness patients in order to further enhance the nursing quality and effect. Finally, effectively prevent and control hypertension. Methods: This study used convenient sampling method. 653 hypertension patients of the Department of Cardiology in a comprehensive hospital from December 2014 to March 2014 were identified. Select 140 patients who have phlegm dampness constitution as research objects. Number them according to the admission sequence. The odd numbers belong to the intervention group, others belong to the control group. To avoid contamination and other factors, the intervention group patients were allocated in ward A while the control group patients were assigned to ward B. Intervention group had health belief model physical intervention while the control group had conventional physical intervention. Blood pressure, phlegm dampness constitution score, body mass index, hypertension behavior compliance and control rate of hypertension were selected as intervention effect evaluation indexes, which were measured 3 months and 6 months before intervention respectively. Input the test data into the SPSS21.0 statistical software for comparative analysis and evaluate the effect of the two intervention models. Results: after the study, the intervention group had collected 65 cases while the control group had 67 cases of data collection. Before the intervention, the difference of general information, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, phlegm dampness constitution score, blood pressure behavior compliance score, body mass index and control rate of hypertension of two groups had no statistical significance. Internal group comparison after the intervention: after 3 months and 6 months, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, phlegm dampness constitution score, BMI, hypertension compliance scores of patients in the intervention group were lower than before and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);3 months and 6 months later, phlegm dampness constitution score, BMI, hypertension compliance scores of the control group were lower than before and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). And systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the third month were same with before(P>0.05) and were lower than before at the sixth month. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Group comparison after the intervention:3 months and 6 months later, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, phlegm dampness constitution score, blood pressure behavior compliance score of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group and the control rate of hypertension was higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: the health belief model physical intervention and conventional physical intervention play a certain effect in controlling blood pressure levels, correcting the biased physique, improving the compliance and control rate of hypertension. Health belief model physical intervention has a more significant effect the control and conditioning of hypertension and phlegm dampness constitution. Therefore, health belief model physical intervention can effectively take care of phlegm dampness constitution, prevent and control hypertension and reduce biased constitution and other harm caused by diseases, improve the quality and effect of nursing. Compared with the conventional physical intervention model, it has more advantages and is a practical, comprehensive and effective method of physical intervention, which is worth to promote and apply in the nursing work. |
