Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Motor Neuron Disease By Nourishing Kidney And Strengthening Spleen(Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:Through the observation of 60 cases of motor neuron disease,and by relief time,Remission degree,prognosis to evaluate the method,reveal the mechanism,and provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:According to the 60 cases included in standard,on basis the diagnosis order,Randomly divided into two groups,the Nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen plus base remedy treatment group and base remedy group,each one of 30 cases.Through detailed record of observation index:The main symptom scores were compared before and after treatment according to the ALS functional classification scale(ALSFRS)modified by m.cedarbaum Jesse et al.1999,which Total score from 0(can not complete the task)to 40points(normal).Chinese medicine symptom curative effect standard:Refer to clinical disease diagnosis standard,The data process by the computer spass23.0 statistical analysis software.Expressd by data(x±s),comparison between groups by one-way ANOVA,T test can be used for normal distribution,the heterogeneity of variance corrected t test or paired t test,measurement data using x~2 test.To test the water by 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)Through the material statistics and analysis,the two groups of patients’gender,age,and disease specific types.The results showed no great difference(P>0.05),The difference was statistically significant;(2)Two groups of patients before treatment ALS functional classification scale(ALSFRS)and TCM symptom integral by the statistical analysis has no obvious difference(P>0.05);(3)ALS functional classification scale(ALSFRS)comparison:the two groups’scale after treatment were significantly lower than before,The difference was significant(P<0.05),(4)TCM symptoms integral comparison:as we all can see,the two groups were significantly lower than before,The difference was significantly reduced(P<0.05);(5)One month after treatment of two groups of patients daily life ability of BI score had significantly reduced(P<0.05),the treatment group patients daily life ability recovery is better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)Nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen to cure motor neuron disease can improve the differentiation of motor neuron disease of spleen and kidney deficiency type patients with ALS function rating scale(ALSFRS)score and TCM syndrome score,BI score and improve the ability of daily life is safe and effective;(2)Nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen combined with base treatment,Clinical curative effect is better than single used treatment group.
