The Study On Clinical Value Of Diffusion Tensor Imaging In The Diagnosis Of Parkinson’s Disease With RBD

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance and value of Diffusion tensor imaging(DIT)in the diagnosis of PD with RBD based on the results of polysomnography.Methods:Collected 45 PD patients of Hospitalization and outpatient service and healthy control group from January 2016 to December 2017,after PSG examination,these people were divided into three groups: Twenty-five PD patients with RBD and twenty PD patients without RBD and twenty-five healthy control subjects(without RBD).All the people underwent DTI with thin layer scanning,to evaluate the effectiveness of DTI in diagnosing RBD,The fractional anisotropy of the three groups whose midbrain,pons,medulla oblongata,substantia nigra,locus coeruleus and anterior limb of the internal capsule were measured.Results:1 、 There was no statistically significant difference in the mean value of UPDRS-III in PD group with RBD group and PD group.2、There were statistically significant differences in the FA mean values of the three groups of locus coeruleus,pons and substantia nigra,while the FA mean values of the midbrain,medulla oblongata,and anterior limb of the internal capsule was not statistically significant.3、Compared with the control group,the FA value of the locus coeruleus in the PD with RBD group and PD without RBD group was decreased,but the FA value of the locus coeruleus was not statistically significant compared with the PD with RBD group and PD without RBD group.4、The FA value of the substantia nigra in the PD with RBD group and PD without RBD group was decreased compared with the control group,However,there was no statistical difference in the FA value between the PD with RBD group and PD without RBD group.5、Compared with the control group,the FA value of the pons in PD with RBD group was decreased,while and the FA value of the pon of PD without RBD group was not significantly changed.Compared PD with RBD group and PD without RBD group,the FA value of both sides of pons in PD with RBD group was decreased.Conclusion:1、In DTI examination,the locus coeruleus and the substantia nigra are sensitive to the diagnosis of PD.However,it is not clear whether it is accompanied by RBD.2、In DTI examination,the pons is sensitive to the diagnosis of PD with RBD.
