Revised Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined With Micardis In Treating Qi-yin Deficiency Type Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the curative effect of revised Shenqi dihuang decoction combined with micardis on patients with diabetic nephropathy,and to evaluate TCM syndrome socle,urinary albumin excretion rate,Serum cystatin-C(Cys-C)Impact.Methods:Sixty four patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly averagly divided into micardis group which treated with only micardis(40 mg/day)and combination group which treated with revised Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of micardis group.The therapeutic effect were evaluated by observing changes of TCM syndrome socle,24h urinary albumin excretion rate,serum cystatin-C,were after treatment for 8 weeks.Results:There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration and TCM syndrome score between those two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 8 weeks,TCM syndrome score,24h urinary albumin excretion rate,as while as serum level of cystatin-C were significantly decreased in both groups compared with proir treatment,respectivily(P<0.05).Compared with micardis group in posttreatment,lower TCM syndrome score,24h urinary albumin excretion rate,and serum level of cystatin-C were observed in combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Revised Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with micardis can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score and the urinary albumin excretion rate(UARE),and the serum level of cystatin-C(Cys-C)of combination group was lower than micardis group.
