The Research Of Evaluation Indicator System For Nursing Safety Management And Implementation Effect In Consecutive Operation

Objective To construct a set of relatively complete evaluation index system of patient safety operation,the best way is from the source to control the indicators and controllable factors after surgery patients nursing safety.So as to further standardize the operation and nursing care of patients with postoperative rehabilitation of specific processes and standards,improve patient trust in medical the staff will be constructed.Patient safety management index system operation experience should be in hospital after surgery.Patients through the surgery patient safety management evaluation system,let the patient to the doctor’s work and the quality of the most intuitive attitude evaluation:the evaluation.And because patients can own medical services directly for evaluation,which can on the other hand let the patient get better medical experience,to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.Method 1.Organizinga group of experts:The group was made of five members,they were all operating room nurses,whose-working-age is over ten.Among them,there were two with title of sub-senior or higher,three with title of medium grade.2.Design a questionnaire by experts:Based on domestic and foreign literatures with actural work,raising a series of open-end questions about patients’ hidden dangers in consecutive operation,the group of experts discussed together and preliminarily determined the index and dimension of patients’ safety management in consecutive operation..Ten of the experts,including three surgeons,two anesthetists,five nurses,were pre-investigate and modify the questionnaire according to the experts’ opinions and finally form the first round of expert consultation questionnaire.3.Implement of Delphi method:The study was conducted by two-round Delphi method and finally comfirm the indicator system of nursing safety for patients in consecutive operation.4.Evaluatingthe effect of the indicator system of security management for patients in consecutive operation:Evaluate the indicator system of patients’ security management by control experiment inconsecutive operation,making a statistic analysis on indicators of these two sample groups such as vital sign,surgery interval,report rate,satisfaction and so on.Result 1.Developed a brief framework of indicator system through literature review and further analysis of research group.2.Constructed an indicator system of security management for patients in consecutive operation.3.The group of patients in consecutive surgery operated under the indicator system had a more stable vital sign and less stress reaction,for which the satisfaction rate was obviously improved.Conclusions The research on the state quo of researches on the security management for the patients of consecutive surgery,furthermore constructed an indicator system of security management for patients in consecutive operationby a two-round Delphi method.It is believed that the indicator system of security management for patients in consecutive operation,constructed in this study,do adapt to the state quo of operating room,and provide an operative tool to the clinical surgery.
