Comparison Of PFNA And InterTan System In The Treatment Of Intertrochanteric Fracture Of The Femur

Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the clinical efficacy of PFNA and InterTan surgery in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,respectively,to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two internal fixations in intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 144 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were enrolled in the study of femoral intertrochanteric fracture at the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 1,2014 to May 31,2016.Of these,92 patients were treated with PFNA and 52 patients Patients were treated with InterTan and both patients received the same treatment and functional rehabilitation after surgery.The only intervention is the treatment of fracture.Through the two groups of patients in intraoperative and postoperative clinical observation of the observation,so as to compare the differences between the two treatment methods.Postoperative follow-up,with an average of 12.5 months.Results:There is no statistically significant difference between the PFNA group and the InterTan group in terms of gender,age,injury mechanism and type of fracture between the two groups.The operative time(112.17 ± 41.39 vs 147.35 ± 31.96),intraoperative blood loss(177.54 ± 74.49 mL vs 250.79 ± 50.45ml),postoperative drainage(140.05 ± 64.20vs160.25 ± 84.98),P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Other observational indicators of incision length,postoperative hip function Harris score,fracture healing time comparison can be obtained no difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),not statistically significant.Application of spss19.0 software for analysis.Conclusion:PFNA and InterTan are two effective methods for the treatment of intertrochanteric intertrochanteric fractures.InterTan system has better biomechanical properties,more stable stability and anti-rotation more effective,so that for those complex lateral large fossa fractures,proximal femoral lateral cortical fractures and unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures in patients with fixed stability And anti-rotation has an advantage.PFNA nail operation time is short,intraoperative bleeding and less drainage after surgery,the operation is relatively simple,less bone loss in elderly patients with osteoporosis,may be a better choice.
