Objective: This experiment further provided reference for the clinical diagnosis and therapy of coronary heart disease(CHD),through investigating the change of estradiol(E2),apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo B)and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B levels and the correlation between estradiol and Apo A1,Apo B or the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B in postmenopausal women with CHD.Methods: We collected 141 patients with postmenopausal women who menopaused at least a year and hospitalized in the cardiovascular internal medicine of Hebei General Hospital during August 2015 to January 2017.They were divided into two groups: the research group(CHD group,n=60)and the control group(NC group,n=81)according to the result of coronary angiography. We respectively tested the levels of E2,Apo A1,Apo B and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B at a fasting state in all patients and systematically recorded their age,BMI,diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking history and family history of CHD,stroke history. The duration of general data,E2,Apo A1,Apo B and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B levels were respectively compared by the mothed of Chi-square test or t test between two groups. And we also statistically analysed the correlation between estrogen and Apo A1,Apo B or the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B through using the Pearson correlation analysis or Spearman rank correlation analysis in all patients.Results:1 The comparison results of basic clinical features between CHD group and NC groupCompared with the NC group, the age,BMI,diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking history and family history of CHD,stroke history had nodifference in the CHD group(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.2 The comparison results of E2,Apo A1,Apo B and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B levels between CHD group and NC groupThe levels of E2,Apo A1 and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B were significantly lower in the CHD group than that in the NC group, there was statistically significant(P<0.01).In contrary, the level of Apo B was increased in the CHD group, compared with the NC group, but no significant difference was observed in our study(P>0.05).3 The results of correlated research between E2 and Apo A1,Apo B or the ratio of Apo A1/Apo BThe E2 level was positively correlated with the Apo A1 level(P<0.01,r=0.768);meanwhile,the E2 level was also positively correlated with the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B level(P<0.01,r=0.529).But,the E2 level was not obviously correlation with the Apo B level(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 The decreased level of E2,Apo A1 and the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B are closely correlated with the formation of CHD in postmenopausal women.2 E2 plays an important role in the change of Apo A1 and Apo A1/Apo B level in postmenopausal women.
