Objective : To investigate the clinical significance of changes in serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 and SCC-Ag levels before and after esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients’ operation. Methods: Forty suitable cases were collected from December 2014 to October 2016.All patients had underwent standard esophageal cancer radical surgery, whose morning fasting venous blood was afterwards sent to nuclear medicine department 1 week before,2 weeks, and 1 month. We use Roche(Roche)Cobas 8000 Automatic electrochemical luminescence immunoassay system and Roche matching tumor marker detection kit for detection with andwich principle. All data were adopted on Excel software and accessed by SPSS17.0 analysis software. The mean values were measured by means of mean ± standard deviation(`X±S).The level of tumor markers was analyzed by repeated measurement of variance(ANOVA)for 1 week,2 weeks postoperatively and 1 month after operation. The concentration of markers were compared by using two independent samples t test, with α = 0.05.Results: 1、Patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma CYFRA21-1,CA125,SCC-Ag levels after 2 weeks week significantly decreased compared with preoperative one with significant differences(P <0.05);CYFRA21-1 and CA125 decreased after operation for 1 month a significant difference(P <0.05),compared with when one week before. While SCC-Ag didn’t hold any significant differences(P> 0.05);After 1 month and after 2 weeks compared CYFRA21-1 and CA125 decreased, there was a significant difference(P <0.05),SCC-Ag showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).2、Tumor stage Ⅱand Ⅱa Comparison serum CYFRA21-1 in 1 week before surgery, after 2 weeks and after 1 month were significantly different(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in serum CA125 and SCC-Ag between 1 week before surgery,2 weeks and 1 month after operation(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1、Serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 concentration level and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were positively correlated, serum CYFRA21-1 levels and tumor staging was positively correlated,CA125 and SCC-Ag and tumor staging were not correlated.Serum CYFRA21-1 and CA125 levels were significantly lower after surgery which indicating that intraoperative tumor and lymph node dissection more thoroughly, means that esophageal squamous cell carcinoma radical surgery was successful;on the other hand, means that lesions residue was possible, may be required corresponding radiotherapy and chemotherapy;Serum levels decreased again after the rise, suggesting that there may be disease recurrence and so on.Therefore, the serum levels of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 can be detected dynamically, which can provide important clinical value for the judgment of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the observation of surgical curative effect, the prognosis judgment and the development of more rational individualized treatment regimen.2、In this study,SCC-Ag was poor associated with esophageal cancer, and its clinical significance needs further large sample studied.
