Study On The Diagnosis Of Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of Lung With DD Combined With CYFRA21-1 And SCC, In The High Altitud Area

Objective: The study was performed to identify more sensitive indexes or their combination for lung squamous cell carcinoma,and to predict different histological types for pulmonary malignancies(tumor cells found in the sputum or pleural fluid with uncertain histological types)that was unable to obtain pathological diagnosis,and to make up the blank of D-dimer(DD)for the diagnosis of lung cancer in the highaltitudeat the same time.Methods: By retrospective analysis,a total of 60 inpatients with definite diagnosis and staging and without any anticancer treatment admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object during December 2014 to October2016.The detection of coagulation and tumor markers was made in all patients.DD,non-small cell associated antigen(CYFRA21-1)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)were chosen as the observation indexes.Clinical information was gathered,organized and analyzed statistically.Results: t test was used to compare the distribution of age,meanwhile,correlation analysis regarding gender,staging and data rate of both groups were made by X2 test.Values of three observation indexes were skewness distribution data,corresponding correlation analysis applied rank-sum test to obtain Z values.The inspection level.(1)DD and lung cancer was statistically significant,but lung cancer histological types have no statistical significance(2)The diagnosis of CYFRA21-1 and SCC for squamous cell carcinoma of lung is statistically significant(3)DD combined CYFRA21-1,SCC has statistical significance in the diagnosis of squamous carcinoma,but no statistical significance in terms of specificity,sensitivity and accuracyConclusion: Elevation of DD was not related to histological types in lung cancer patients in the highaltitude.There were significant differences of DD,as well as specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of tumor marker of CYFRA21-1 and SCC in the diagnosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma in the highaltitude.Therefore,CYFRA21-1 and SCC canbe together to determine histological types of lung cancer(tumor cells found in the sputum or pleural fluid with uncertain histological types).
