Objective: In this study,we made a detection of dietary nutrition and blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease and further analyze the correlation-ship between food species, blood lipid and coronary artery lesion. We include patients who went to hospital due to chest pain and received coronary angiography. The severity of coronary lesions was evaluated by Gensini score and amount of lesion arteries. We want to provide better way to control the risk factors of coronary heart disease and delay the atherosclerosis progression.Methods:1 In this study,we collect the date of patients who visit doctor in Hebei General Hospital Department of cardiology between January 2016 and December 2016.Patient information was obtained from medical records, including general situation, dietary nutrition and blood lipid level.2 Coronary artery angiography were underwent in recruit patients. The severity of coronary lesions was evaluated by Gensini score and amount of lesion arteries.3 Gender stratification was used in data analysis.Multiple rank sum test was used to analysis the relationship between blood lipid level and the severity of coronary lesions.Multiple factors was analysis by multiple liner regression analysis.Result:1 General situation and blood lipid characteristic of study population: 150 patients were enrolled in our study, including 98 male and 52 female. The percentage of less than 65 years old patients was higher in both male and female group(68.4% vs.53.9%).Nearly half patients BMI exceed 28 both in male and female group. The percentage of high triglycerides patients was higher in male group(28,28.6%)and female group(13,25%).2 The relationship between Gensini score and general situation, blood lipid levels: BMI,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein level have an effect on Gensini score. The Gensini score of obesity patients was much higher than patient who’s BMI less than 24(P<0.05).The Gensini score of whom with high cholesterol level was 3 to 4 times higher than normal patients, which upon to 124.2 ± 39.7.The Gensini score of patients with lower level of high density lipoprotein was much higher than normal high level of high density lipoprotein patients.Age and rest indicators of blood lipid have no effect on Gensini score in male group. On the contrary,Age,blood lipid and BMI have no effect on Gensini score in female group.3 The relationship between Gensini score and frequency of food intake: The frequency of food intake has no effect on Gensini score in male group.Only yellow or red fresh vegetables show effect on Gensini score in female group(P<0.05).Gensini score is much higher as the frequency higher in female group.4 The relationship between number of lesion arteries and general situation, blood lipid levels: The number of lesion arteries in high cholesterol patients was much higher than normal and low high cholesterol patients and significant different(P<0.05).While age play an important role in coronary artery lesion in female group, the more coronary artery lesion as higher age.5 The relationship between number of lesion arteries and frequency of food intake: we found that yellow, red fresh vegetables and eggs show effect on number of lesion arteries in male group(P<0.05).The frequency of food intake has no effect on number of lesion arteries in female group.6 Multiple liner regression analysis: In men patients, all statistically significant factors were include.Regression equation is obtained: Y = 2.632 + 0.034 X1 + 0.024 X2-1.118 X3.X1 is fresh red or yellow vegetables,X2 is eggs,X3 is high density lipoprotein. Conclusion: Gensini score of coronary artery lesions in Male patients higher with BMI,total cholesterol level increase and become much lower with high density lipoprotein cholesterol level decrease. The numbers of lesion artery are positive correlation with the frequency intake of fresh red or yellow vegetables and eggs, and negative correlation with high density lipoprotein cholesterol level in male patients. The number of lesion artery increased with the increasing of age in women patients.
